Our memory care continuum offers tiered memory care, ensuring the care and environment is appropriate for each individual. Nursing care in our newly renovated private rooms with private bathing suite offers five star care in a five star environment. And if you simply need a little rehab following a hospital stay, the MyRehab program with it’s spa-like feel will get you back on your feet in no time.

We are a not-for-profit, faith-based organization and welcome people of all faiths, beliefs and traditions. The Arlington in Naples, Florida is the newest campus in the Lutheran Life Communities family. Our other four communities in Illinois and Indiana have a long-standing reputation for innovative service and person-centered care. What are the advantages of Lutheran Home's location?
Lutheran Home is conveniently located in the Village of Arlington Heights, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago located approximately 25 miles from downtown. Arlington Heights offers a variety of attractions including restaurants, coffees shops, parks, hotels, farmers markets, and more. The Metropolis Performing Arts, Arlington Park Racetrack, The Memorial Library are just a few of the nearby offerings! Arlington Heights offers easy access to Metra’s Union Pacific/Northwest Line. When your adventures take you farther afield, Interstate 90 and Illinois Route 53 run along the southern and western edges of the Village, providing convenient access to O’Hare International Airport and areas within and around Chicago.

Within The Health Care Center, there is a state-of-the-art Wellness Center providing physician and specialty care for our residents, patients and the community at large. Other amenities, including a library, salon, meeting rooms and classrooms and more, are designed to make everyday life more convenient. Around the campus you'll find lush grounds, walking trails and outdoor spaces.
What services and amenities are part of my residence?
Residence and care options at Lutheran Home include assisted living through skilled nursing, memory loss and rehabilitation. Each level of care caters to the individual needs of the patient or resident. No matter which option is appropriate for you, all living at Lutheran Home is maintenance-free with utilities and weekly housekeeping included.
Food is important, What can I expect?
Lutheran Home offers dining options for your convenience. The Oakton Square Deli offers Starbucks coffee, ice cream in the ice cream parlor or salads and paninis for you to enjoy with your family and friends. Bistro 26 offers grilled food items as well as a fresh salad bar. You can enjoy your lunch in the beautiful courtyard outside Bistro 26. Residents enjoy their meals in their private dining rooms where they are given choices for each meal and enjoy full restaurant style service from our friendly culinary staff.
What security measures are in place?
Lutheran Home insists on 24-hour security for our residents and employees. We take very seriously the safety and security of both.
What levels of health care will be offered on campus?
Lutheran Home's Health Care Center offers private Assisted Living in one- and two-bedroom residences, Skilled Nursing in private suites arranged in a neighborhood setting and specialized Memory Support in private accommodations. In addition, rehabilitation services are provided to aid residents in a return to wellness following an injury, illness or surgery. Having all these levels of care available on campus enables couples to stay close to each other when one has a health care need. This provides priceless peace of mind to residents and their families.
What financial plans are available?
Lutheran Home is proud of the fact that we are a month to month rental community offering a lifetime of care. This means that there is no “buy-in” up front but simply a monthly rental program with the assurance that when assets are depleted, your care will continue in the same standard you have always enjoyed.
